What is the
Culture Coaches Program?
The Culture Coaches program is a framework for diagnosing, tracking and shifting your emotional culture through the power of Culture Coaches in your organisation. This program equips people up, down and across your organisation who are in the day-to-day, the micro-moments, inviting and driving conversations about culture, leadership, behaviours, values, rituals and practices – the things that really impact and shape culture. It’s like having champions, but with real skills.
The Culture Coaches Program is an immersive experience whereby team members are empowered to craft a culture within their respective team, hold space for conversations around how people are feeling and understand the experience team members are having that is driving the culture. This program looks to build a shared understanding of ‘how we work best’ as the team evolves and continues to grow.
Think of it as an internal influencers program where the reward is great culture, better engagement and improved relationships.

These varied learning experiences invite important conversations about the emotional environment (the affective culture), and the behaviours, habits and rituals, expectations and agreement needed for individuals and teams to meet the goals and values of the organisation.
